Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
The intern will work under the guidance of Advocates and Patent Agents. Responsibilities include:
IPR Portfolio Management & Oppositions:
Conducting prior art searches and assisting in the drafting of Patent specifications and Trademark applications.
Opposition Proceedings:
Assisting in the preparation of Pre-grant and Post-grant Oppositions for Patents and Notices of Opposition/Counter-Statements for Trademarks. This includes analyzing grounds for refusal, researching prior use evidence, and drafting statutory arguments to challenge or defend IPR grants.
Legal Drafting:
Assisting in the drafting of legal notices, plaints, written statements, and replies for Commercial Litigation and Consumer Dispute matters.
Court Proceedings:
Assisting the Advocates in compiling case files, managing court diaries, and preparing case briefs/synopses for matters listed before the District Courts or the Delhi High Court.
Cyber Law:
Assisting in the research of cyber laws and drafting complaints/representations regarding financial fraud and cybercrime recovery.
Research & Publication:
Conducting legal research on recent judgments and assisting in writing content for the firm's blog.

Education:
Law students (4th/5th year of 5-year course); OR
Law students (3rd year of 3-year course); OR
Recently Passed Out Law Graduates.
Skills:
Excellent research skills, strong command over English (written), and proficiency in MS Office.
