Blackbull Law House requires a dedicated Legal Intern with strong communication abilities and a long-term commitment mindset. The role supports corporate legal operations, document development, research, compliance tasks, and structured workflow execution. Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting contracts, notices, corporate documents, MOUs, policies, and internal governance papers.
Conduct statutory and regulatory research, summarise findings, and present clear written interpretations.
Support due-diligence tasks, data verification, documentation audits, and compliance preparation.
Maintain document records, version control, and structured filing of legal material.
Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and partner entities for information gathering.
Prepare structured reports, briefs, and status updates for senior legal officers.
Assist in the creation of work completion letters, authorisation notes, mandates, and execution confirmations.
Ensure adherence to timelines, confidentiality requirements, and professional standards.
Provide support in policy drafting, standard operating procedures, and corporate governance documentation.
