to lead all legal functions for our real estate development business. The role demands expertise in property laws, RERA, contract management, and litigation, with the ability to provide strategic legal support to management and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct property searches, title checks, and deed registrations.
Draft and vet legal documents (Sale Deeds, Lease/Tenancy Agreements, MOUs, POAs, Development Agreements, etc.).
Manage mutation, conversion, and other statutory documentation.
Handle litigations, arbitration, writs, and related proceedings.
Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
Advise internal departments and senior management on legal and operational matters.
Stay updated on RERA guidelines and building/construction laws.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of real estate laws, RERA, and corporate legal matters.
Proven track record in litigation and contract drafting.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
Ability to interact effectively with regulatory authorities and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
LLB/LLM with 12-18 years' experience in real estate or infrastructure sector.
Prior leadership experience preferred.
