Experience: 5+ years experience in corporate legal or Trade Mark Mandatory.
Skills - Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and labour laws.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of corporate/commercial law and excellent drafting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, legal notices & company documents
Representing the company in legal matters and advising management on compliance
Handling labour law, statutory requirements & company policy legalities
Coordinating with external legal authorities & government departments.
Requirements:
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
