Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the organization.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
Manage litigation and coordinate with external legal counsel.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect the organization.
Advise senior management on legal issues and risks.
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and compliance.
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple legal projects simultaneously.
