An Ideal Candidate:
An Ideal candidate should have an LLB with 10-20 years in Legal Counsel and Contract Management, Litigation Management, Legal Practice and Department Management, Coordination and Stakeholder Management from hospital only.
Key Competencies:
1. To administer and resolve legal issues and provide day to day corporate business law counseling.
2. Draft, negotiate, and advise on various commercial contracts and high-value transactions.
3. Manage all litigations involving the company and its businesses.
4. Collaborate with the reporting manager.
5. Take legal practice standards initiatives.
6. Representing the organization in legal proceedings when necessary.
7. Planning and executing department processes, improvements.
8. Closely coordinate with regional legal resources and external counsel on all tasks and initiatives.
9. Collaborating with other departments to ensure legal compliance in business activities.
