Job Description

MK Group is looking for a Legal Executive with strong expertise in Finance, Import/Export Documentation, and Indian Legal Compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who possess a blend of legal and financial knowledge, especially in areas like Trade Finance, Banking Operations, and Regulatory Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and manage documentation related to

Letters of Credit (LC)

and

Bank Guarantees (BG/PG)

Handle complete

import/export documentation

and coordinate with

banks, customs, and freight forwarders

Assist in drafting

commercial contracts, legal notices, and agreements

Support day-to-day

legal, banking, and compliance operations

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

B.Com + LLB / BBA + LLB

Experience:

10-15 years

of experience in

Trade Finance, Accounting

, and

Legal/Regulatory Compliance

Technical Proficiency:

Tally, MS Excel

, and relevant legal/accounting software
Knowledge of:

Indian Tax Laws, RBI Guidelines, Corporate Law

, and

Commercial Agreements

Preferred Skills:

Excellent

drafting, analytical, and communication

skills Strong understanding of

and

Ability to work independently with a
