Job Role: Legal Executive - Call Quality & Compliance Analyst
>> Key Responsibilities:
Monitor & audit sales/customer calls for legal & compliance accuracy.
Identify mistakes, misrepresentations & missing legal disclosures.
Check whether correct legal terms & information are being used.
Provide accurate legal guidance & corrections where needed.
*Share structured feedback with the sales team to improve compliance & quality.
Maintain audit reports & compliance records.
>> Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of legal & regulatory compliance.
Excellent listening, auditing & analytical skills.
Effective communication for feedback delivery.
Attention to detail with sharp legal accuracy.
>> Qualification:
Law Graduate (LL.B./LL.M.) with experience in compliance, audits, or sales/telecom preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
