About the Role:

Vensysco Technologies Limited,

is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Legal Executive

to join our team at our Noida office. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of legal procedures related to

tenders, notary work, RFPs,

and contract drafting. Freshers with a passion for the legal field are also encouraged to apply for our

3-month internship program,

after which full-time employment may be considered based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

? Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including tender-related contracts, RFPs, and agreements.

? Ensure compliance with legal requirements and tender regulations.

? Handle notary, stamping, and contract registration processes.

? Conduct legal research and assist in preparing legal opinions, notices, and correspondence.

? Maintain accurate documentation and records of all legal and contractual files.

? Coordinate with internal departments for legal and compliance-related matters.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or pursuing LLB.

? 6 months - 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

? Good understanding of contract laws, tender legalities, and documentation.

? Strong communication, drafting, and analytical skills.

? Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,714.08 - ₹33,431.48 per month
