Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and maintain legal documents, agreements, and contracts
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
Handle legal notices, replies, and correspondence
Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, and authorities
Maintain legal records, case files, and documentation
Support litigation management and follow up on court matters
Assist in corporate filings, licenses, and regulatory approvals
Advise internal departments on basic legal matters
Required Skills & Qualifications
LLB / LLM from a recognized university
2+ years of experience in a corporate legal or law firm environment
Strong knowledge of
contract law, corporate law, and compliance
Good drafting, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and legal documentation tools
