Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and MOUs across diverse business verticals.
Manage RERA documentation, registration, and compliance for the ongoing real estate project.
Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory obligations under Companies Act, Labour Laws, and State Regulations (including TSRERA/RERA).
Coordinate with external counsels on litigation, notices, and arbitration matters.
Use AI-assisted tools for contract analysis, document automation, and legal research to improve speed and accuracy.
Requirements Snapshot
Qualification:
LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. preferred.
Experience
: Minimum 5 years in corporate legal, compliance, or real estate law.
Knowledge Areas:
Indian Legal Framework, Contract Law, Corporate Law, RERA, Real Estate, and Compliance Management.
Digital Readiness:
Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Harvey AI, or similar) for drafting, research, and compliance.
Skills:
Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation abilities with strong communication skills.
