Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle trademark and copyright registrations, oppositions, renewals, and litigation.


Represent and coordinate with legal counsel in consumer court matters and IPR

violations.


Monitor and act against trademark infringements, counterfeit goods, and brand

misuse.


Draft legal notices, responses, agreements, and documentation for IPR and consumer

cases.


Manage brand protection strategies and coordinate with enforcement agencies when

needed.


Maintain legal records and ensure timely filings and renewals.

Qualifications and Skills

Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)


Preferred: Master's degree in Law (LLM) with specialization in IPR or Corporate Law


Should be registered with the Bar Council of India ighly organized with an

entrepreneurial and ownership mindset.

In-depth knowledge of Trademark Act, Copyright Act, and Consumer Protection Laws


Experience in litigation management, legal drafting, and legal research


Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
