Responsibilities:
Understanding client's requirements and advising them accordingly; communicating the laws and regulations required for real estate transactions to the clients; assisting in drafting real estate transactions.
Negotiating real estate contract terms and conditions; reviewing and preparing leases and amendments.
Communicating the laws and regulations required for real estate transactions to the clients.
Draft and negotiate real estate transactions; also drafting routine leases and amendments.
Reviewing and preparing leases and management reports.
Maintain data in Excel for the management.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in
MS Excel
Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law or related field required.
Proven experience (3-6 yrs) in real estate law or similar legal position.
CTC :
25k-30k/month
