Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Advise the company on legal matters related to corporate activities. \xe2\x97\x8f Identify and mitigate potential legal issues in all corporate matters. \xe2\x97\x8f Develop and maintain relationships with external law firms to ensure timely and cost-effective legal support. \xe2\x97\x8f Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and licenses. \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including corporate governance and data privacy. \xe2\x97\x8f Provide strategic legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. \xe2\x97\x8f Conduct legal research and analysis of laws and regulations affecting the company. \xe2\x97\x8f Keep up-to-date with changes in corporate law and implementing changes in company policies. Requirements: \xe2\x97\x8f Active license to practice law in the state. \xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Corporate Law. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong knowledge of corporate law, business practices and regulations. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex legal issues to the business team. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. \xe2\x97\x8f Experience working with cross-functional teams. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 920,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Schedule:
