Position Name - Legal Executive
Location -Mumbai
Experience Range - 1-3 Years
Mandatory Requirement:

• Law graduate (LLB)
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and labor laws
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and legal notices
• Hands-on exposure to compliance, litigation coordination, and legal documentation

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
• Manage litigation, arbitration, and dispute-related documentation and follow-ups
• Maintain legal records, case trackers, and statutory registers
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel
• Support corporate secretarial and compliance-related activities
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes and update internal teams

Qualification and Experience:

• Law graduate (LLB)
