Position:Legal Executive
Location:Fort-Mumbai
Experience:3 - 5 Years

Responsibilities.

• Providing high quality legal advice to the Management and the teams within the Group on a full range of Legal and challenging operational issues in accordance with the following principle.
• Instil and foster a culture of Legal Compliance
• Advocate for Ethics & Compliance across all levels.
• Build relationships with external legal advisors.
• Legal Risk & Litigation Management
• Draft, Review and provide legal advice on MOU's, Contacts and Tender documents get is vetted from Advocate.
• Attend Reviews, on-going cases and advice management accordingly.
• Maintain track of dates of Court Hearings & attend Hearings.
• Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaison with manage external lawyers.
• Coordinate with Advocates and provide information
• Review and draft Contracts, Agreements and Internal Policies and ensure that they are in Compliance with all Statutory or Legal requirements.
• Regulatory Compliance - prepare periodical reports for the department for executive management meetings.
• Knowledge of any Civil Court, High Court & Criminal Court Matters.

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Regulatory Law
• Excellent Communication, negotiation and Diplomatic Skills
• Excellent command on English
• Adhere to Corporate's value : Knowledge, Optimistic, Determined and Engaging.

Required Qualification: - LLB/LLM - Law
Salary :- Upto 4.50 LPA
