We understand what\'s important to you, and taking the Group\'s legacy of trust, we bring to you financial solutions to secure your future, creating moments of joy. www.godrejgroup.com Designation: Executive / Senior Executive Location: Mumbai Job Purpose: Contract drafting, legal advisory and knowledge management Roles & Responsibilities: (i) Drafting and negotiating contracts (ii) Day to Day operational and business issues including legal metrology, employment and labour issues, consumer complaints etc. (iii) Ensuring organizational compliance with laws and governance practices. (iv) Analyze and make presentations on key legal developments including new legislations and judicial pronouncements to senior management and business teams. Educational Qualification: L.L.B Experience: 1-3 years of experience with excellent track record at a reputed law firm and / or in-house legal department of a large organization. Skills: Excellent analytical and drafting skills Commercial acumen, strong desire to learn and time sensitivity. A team player Excellent written and spoken communication skills, as this position requires interaction with internal stakeholders at various levels and external stakeholders (including customers, government offices, lawyers and industrial forums etc).
