Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Executive based in Mumbai. The Legal Executive will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring legal compliance and performing all the related tasks of the legal department.
Qualifications
Strong skills in legal drafting, reviewing contracts, and negotiation of media related documents
Thorough knowledge of applicable legal regulations, intellectual property rights, and media law
Proficiency in legal research and analysis to address complex legal matters
Great attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines
Law degree (LLB or equivalent) and relevant professional certifications
Previous experience in the media or entertainment industry is an advantage
