Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Legal Research:



Conduct legal research to stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.

Analyze and summarize legal information for use by the legal team.

Document Drafting:



Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence.

Assist in the review and editing of legal documents drafted by other team members.

Contract Management:

Assist in the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts.

Ensure that all contracts comply with legal requirements and organizational policies.

Compliance:



Monitor changes in laws and regulations to ensure the organization's compliance.

Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.

Case Management:



Support in the preparation of legal documents for litigation and other legal proceedings.

Assist in managing legal cases, including document preparation, filing, and coordination with external legal counsel.

Administrative Support:



Provide administrative support to the legal team, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and maintaining legal files.

Communication:



Communicate with internal stakeholders and external parties on legal matters.

Assist in preparing reports and updates for management.

Risk Assessment:



Identify and assess potential legal risks to the organization.

Collaborate with the legal team to develop strategies for mitigating legal risks.

Training and Education:

Provide training to employees on legal issues and compliance matters.

Keep the team informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.

Legal certification or qualification may be required.

Strong research and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with relevant legal software and tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
