To provide legal support for the company's real estate projects by drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, ensuring compliance with property laws, RERA, and other applicable regulations, and safeguarding the company's interests in all transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and vet MOUs, Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements, Development Agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct property due diligence, title verification, and ensure clear ownership before acquisition.
Handle documentation and compliance under
RERA
and other regulatory authorities.
Coordinate with external advocates, solicitors, and government offices for registrations, approvals, and legal clearances.
Maintain legal records, agreements, and documentation repository.
Provide legal advisory to management on real estate transactions, contracts, and dispute matters.
Support in arbitration, dispute resolution, and litigation cases by liaising with external lawyers.
Ensure timely compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification:
LLB (mandatory); LLM preferred.
Experience:
2-5 years (real estate industry experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of property laws, land acquisition, RERA, and contract law.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
