Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities: 1) Good Knowledge Of Contract Law.2) Understanding Contract Drafting-Review of Agreement, Master Service.
3) Good Command on drafting Agreement-Service Agreement, Purchase/sale Agreement/Vendor agreement/Business agreement.
4) Understanding of MIS Reporting.
5) Assist the team in contract life cycle management.6) Assist in handling Compliance- Labor, HR/Branding/Finance
7) Maintaining the record of the Contract.
8) Research on legal issues.Requirements1) BA.LLB/LLB/LLM Currently Enrolled / passed.2) Candidate needs to be aware of Commercial and Corporate laws.3) Having knowledge of International contractual laws and should have good research skills.4) Good command of the legal english language.5) Good drafting skills.6) Must be able to do job at the company office or work from home as requested by the company.Job Types: Internship, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
