Ensure end-to-end statutory compliance with all applicable labour laws and industrial regulations relevant to manufacturing units.
Manage compliances related to:
Factory Act
Shops & Establishment Act
Minimum Wages Act
Payment of Wages Act
EPF & ESIC
Bonus Act
Gratuity Act
Contract Labour (R&A) Act
Industrial Disputes Act
Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and government authorities for inspections, audits, and returns.
Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and returns (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
Handle factory licenses, labour licenses, renewals, and amendments.
Support HR in employee documentation, policy drafting, and legal compliance aspects.
Assist in handling labour notices, legal queries, show-cause notices, and coordination with legal advisors.
Ensure compliance with POSH, disciplinary procedures, and internal HR policies.
Conduct periodic compliance audits and identify gaps with corrective actions.
Stay updated with changes in labour laws and statutory amendment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
