Job Summary: The Legal Affairs Manager is responsible for overseeing all legal matters related to the company, with a focus on court proceedings and Section 138 cases. This role involves managing legal documentation, coordinating with external legal counsel, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all court cases involving the company, including civil and criminal litigation.
Handle Section 138 cases, including the issuance of legal notices, follow-up, and resolution.
Prepare and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and contracts.
Coordinate with external legal counsel and manage their activities.
Maintain accurate records of all legal matters and ensure timely reporting.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Conduct legal research and provide advice to the company on legal matters.
Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
5+ years of experience in legal affairs, with a focus on court proceedings and Section 138 cases.
Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,707.24 per month
