Position

: Legal Executive (Male Candidates)

Experience

: 5 to 8 years

Location

: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad

Work Schedule:

6 days a week, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Pay

: 60,000 per month

Key Requirements:

Good command over the English and Gujarati languages (speaking, reading, and typing)

Strong negotiation skills

Mandatory experience in English and Gujarati typing

LL.B. or equivalent degree in law

Preference for candidates with experience in real estate or working with advocates handling property matters

Roles & Responsibilities:

Drafting sale deeds, Banakhat, agreements, lease deeds, and title affidavits in English

Conversant with the Garvi portal and preparation of scheme-related documents

Familiarity with agricultural land laws, government schemes & policies, and title vetting

Understanding of RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) provisions and procedures

Knowledge of document registration procedures and timely completion

Understanding of litigation and court procedures

Note

: This is an urgent requirement.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
