We are seeking an Advocate (practicing or non-practicing) to handle inbound client calls, assess legal issues, and connect clients with suitable external lawyers based on case type and location.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from clients seeking legal assistance
Conduct initial legal intake and assess case requirements
Identify legal issues, jurisdiction, and required expertise
Connect clients with appropriate lawyers or legal resources
Maintain accurate case records and summaries in the CMS
Clearly explain next steps to clients and lawyers
Requirements:
LL.B. degree (mandatory)
Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken & written)
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Comfortable with call handling and documentation systems
Compensation:
Salary based on qualifications and experience
