Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
Providing legal support and advice on company policies, business transactions, and compliance matters.
Coordinating with external legal counsel for litigation and regulatory issues.
Maintaining and organizing legal records, case files, and documentation.
Assisting in legal due diligence, compliance audits, and statutory filings.
Handling company registrations, renewals, licenses, and statutory compliance documentation.
Researching and interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to company operations.
Managing notices, legal correspondence, and ensuring timely responses.
Supporting internal teams on labor laws, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of

Experience Required:
Minimum
1-4 years
of experience as a Legal Executive / Legal Associate / Legal Officer in a corporate or law firm setup.
Experience in
contract management, compliance, and company law matters
preferred.
Exposure to
real estate / corporate / labor / commercial laws
will be an added advantage.
