Job Summary:
Inspiria Knowledge Campus is seeking an experienced and self-driven Legal Executive to oversee all legal and compliance matters within the institution. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in corporate law, a practical understanding of the POSH Act, and the ability to manage legal operations independently, ensuring full compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and vet contracts, MoUs, agreements, and legal documents to safeguard organizational interests.
Advise management on corporate law matters, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and interpret new laws, amendments, and court rulings relevant to the organization's operations.
Liaise and negotiate with external legal counsel, government departments, and regulatory authorities.
Implement and maintain internal legal processes, documentation systems, and compliance frameworks.
Conduct training and awareness sessions on legal topics, including the POSH Act and workplace ethics.
Handle legal notices, litigation documentation, and responses in coordination with external advocates.
Ensure adherence to institutional policies, risk management practices, and statutory obligations.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Academic Departments for legal vetting of organizational matters.
Provide strategic input on policy formation, disciplinary procedures, and contract renewals.
