We are searching for an experience candidate in our legal team who can guide us, lead us to reach our goals. Job description for this role: \xc2\xb7 Candidate should have robust experience in all types of real estate related advice and transaction. \xc2\xb7 Candidates must have thorough knowledge of Land and Immovable property matters. \xc2\xb7 Candidates must have working knowledge and experience regarding Land acquisition, Land conversion and Land mutation. \xc2\xb7 Conduct of Property searches/ due diligence and title related requisitions \xc2\xb7 Real Estate experience must. \xc2\xb7 Must be able to clear all legal queries of our residential projects buyer. \xc2\xb7 Candidate must have reading & writing knowledge of English & Bengali. Also Good communication and negotiation skills required \xc2\xb7 Candidate must have knowledge of RERA/HIRA ACT. \xc2\xb7 Drafting/ amending/ negotiating/ finalising Deed of Conveyance/ Agreement for Sale/ Lease Deed/ Leave Licence Agreement, etc. \xc2\xb7 Drafting/ amending/ negotiating/ finalising Joint Development Agreements/ Co-Development Agreements/ Project Management Agreement, etc. \xc2\xb7 Drafting/ amending/ negotiating/ finalising all types of land/property/project financing documents \xc2\xb7 Drafting/ amending/ negotiating/ finalising all types of ancillary documentation such as Power of Attorney/ Deed of Declaration/ Deed of Indemnity/ etc. \xc2\xb7 Drafting/ amending/ finalising papers/ proceedings for seeking court orders/ reliefs for title related matters \xc2\xb7 Legal advice/ Opinions on property related laws pertaining to all types of land/property based on location (rural/ urban), land tenure (agricultural/ industrial/ village/ forest), asset classes (residential/ office/ retail/ industrial/ SEZ) and various issues such as land title, mortgages/charges, easements, testamentary/intestate succession, family matters. Education & Experience: LLB or LLM 9yrs+ required for this position. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 per month Benefits:
