We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Executive to support the company's legal, compliance, and dispute management functions. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal documentation, coordinating with external counsel, and ensuring statutory and contractual compliance across projects and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, vetting, and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Assisting in arbitration matters, dispute resolution, and litigation cases.
Preparing replies to legal notices, demand letters, and claims.
Coordinating with external lawyers, consultants, and authorities.
Monitoring statutory compliance under the Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, and other applicable laws.
Supporting HR and factory teams in labour law compliance and documentation.
Assisting in claim preparation, arbitration filings, and documentation for ongoing disputes with clients and vendors.
Maintaining legal records, case files, and correspondence.
Preparing concise summaries, reports, and MIS for management review.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB).
2-5 years of experience in corporate legal, preferably in EPC/Infrastructure/Manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of contract law, arbitration, and statutory compliances.
Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation management.
