Position Legal Executive Location Reporting To Managing Director Key Responsibilities \xef\x82\xb7 Drafting of Legal Documents \xef\x82\xb7 Registration of Legal Documents. \xef\x82\xb7 Handling issues regarding recovery from the customer and other parties \xef\x82\xb7 Drafting Notices, Reply, Petition, Suits and other documents related to the litigation matters of the company. \xef\x82\xb7 Drafting notices related to Arbitration, Litigation & Recovery. \xef\x82\xb7 Obtaining required Licenses/Approvals under Shops and Establishment Act, Contract Labor Laws, Provident Fund Act, etc. \xef\x82\xb7 Providing assistance to HR Department for compliance of Labour Laws and related legal issues \xef\x82\xb7 Governance and supervision of various committees \xef\x82\xb7 Imparting training to local team on Corporate Policies and mechanism to report any incident of violation \xef\x82\xb7 Monthly filling of Provident Fund (P.F.) Returns, Professional Tax (P.T.)
