We are looking for a qualified Legal Counsel (LLB + CS) with 4-5 years of experience to manage legal, regulatory, and secretarial functions.
The role involves providing legal support across business functions, ensuring statutory compliance, handling contracts, and managing corporate governance matters.

Draft, vetted, and negotiate commercial agreements, MoUs, lease deeds, NDAs, vendor contracts, and service-level agreements.

Ensure compliance with corporate laws, healthcare regulations, and statutory requirements (Companies Act, Clinical Establishments Act, etc.).

Provide legal guidance on company secretarial matters, including board meetings, resolutions, annual filings, and ROC compliance.

Liaise with regulatory authorities such as MCA, SEBI, Registrar of Companies, and local health departments.

Monitor changes in legislation affecting healthcare, corporate governance, and labor laws, advising management accordingly.

Represent the organization in legal proceedings, handled litigation, and coordinated with external counsel.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns, disclosures, and annual compliance documents.

Conduct internal audits for legal and secretarial compliance, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.

Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring activities by handling legal due diligence and documentation.

Draft internal policies to support compliance, data protection, POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment), and risk management.

Deliver legal training and awareness programs to internal teams on key regulations and compliance protocols.

Maintain proper documentation of contracts, case files, licenses, and regulatory correspondence.
