Required Skill Set
Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts, in particular Intellectual Property and Technology contracts, SaaS, License agreements, research agreements, IPR provisions in service engagements, etc. Strong understanding of different forms of IPR - Patent, Copyright, Trademarks, Domain Names, Designs and Trade Secrets. Ability to understand different types of emerging technologies, advise on legal implications, draft and negotiate contracts therefor. Experience in patent search, drafting and prosecution (India, US, EP) Analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
