Legal Counsel - Real Estate EMEA
Responsibilities
Confident and impactful communication with people at all levels and backgrounds in the above-mentioned languages (verbally and in writing)
Precision in legal drafting and business communication
Knowledge of contract law and practice from a civil law perspective
Ability to assess legal risks in the context of the deal and the wider business and balance these with commercial needs
Confidence to act as the conscience of the company and escalate where required
Able to multitask with rapidly changing priorities and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Self-starter and able to work independently and remotely flexible strong and self-assured personality
Comfortable operating within an international environment with a diversity of cultures
Analytical problem solving and project management skills
Certifications Required- Qualified lawyer
SA level
Qualified lawyer: 4-6 yrs
Non Qualified lawyer -5+ yrs
M level
Qualified lawyer:6-9 yrs
Non Qualified lawyer: upto 12yrs
Qualified lawyer is preferred. Else candidate from real estate companies like casagrand we can still considered if they have strong experience without legal qualification
