Greetings from Randstad, We are hiring Legal Counsel for Pune location!!! Responsibilities of Legal Counsel

• Hands on experience with the India, US and Europe contract laws.
• Engaging with stake holders to understand business requirements and draft necessary contracts.
• Negotiate with customer/vendor legal teams on terms and conditions of contracts, provide alternate wordings limiting exposure of the company
• Draft/amend MoA/AoA, resolutions, follow up and review progress of litigations
• Manage different types of contracts (Customer, Vendor, Employee), legal reports and supporting documentation and provide quick turn around.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with contract negotiation, confidential agreements, commercial contracts with strong attention to details.
• Provide general legal advice to employees and corporate officers (e.g., HR, corporate, ethics, litigation, etc.)
• Control the expiry and renewal process with operations and finance
