? Strong understanding of different forms of IPR - Patent, Copyright, Trademarks, Domain Names, Designs and Trade Secrets.
? Ability to understand different types of emerging technologies, advise on legal implications, draft and negotiate contracts therefore
? Experience in patent search, drafting and prosecution (India, US, EP)
? Analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
