Job Description
Hiring for Legal Counsel & candidates should be from BPO, KPO & IT industries. Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Law (LLB); Candidate must be well versed with local language with at least 5years+ of post qualification experience; Must have knowledge of and experience in reviewing and negotiating IT/BPO contracts, non-disclosure agreements, software license agreements, subcontracts, MOUs, and other information technology related documents, contracts relating to administration, immovable property and Human Resource; Must have excellent communication and team collaboration skills; Must have high professional, integrity, ethical standards and proactive approach. Good-to-Have Desirable experience in Outsourcing, IT/ ITES or Technology License transactions. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9600,000.00 - 91,300,000.00 per year Benefits:
