About the Department
Global Legal Global Business Services (GL-GBS) at Bangalore was established in 2011 and supports the Global legal organization across International Operations, North America Operations and Headquarters. The unit is anchored under Global Legal Operations and responsible for delivering efficient offshoring legal services in high quality. Examples include end-to-end contract management, trademark portfolio management, promotional materials review, export controls screenings, system/process management, data management, and digitalization.
The Position
As a Legal Counsel the key responsibilities:
Pharma Law Legal review of promotional and non-promotional materials for Rare Disease portfolio. Legal and compliance advisor to \xe2\x80\x93Rare Disease Commercial and Medical Affairs teams. Legal support on competitor complaints. Review and advise on strategies and contents (e.g. marketing strategies, market access strategies, medical strategies, label negotiations strategy and tactics, disease awareness strategy). Legal risk assessments in relation to identified risks such as competitor complaints, actions taken by regulatory bodies, etc. Advice and support international congresses incl. approval of all promotional materials of respective brands at such events, and any Medical activities.
Drive Legal/Compliance Project -Driving projects that enhance the quality, accessibility and compliance/regulatory requirements. Develop and implement training and communication initiatives, including guidance materials and presentations, on legal and compliance topics.
Qualifications

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in law.
• 6 to 9 years in Legal and Compliance.
• 5 to 8years of working experience in a global company.
• Excellent legal acumen and analytical skills.
• Strong networking skills and Stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Business and service minded and business ethics integrity.
