About the Department Global Legal Global Business Services (GL-GBS) at Bangalore was established in 2011 and supports the Global legal organization across International Operations, North America Operations and Headquarters. The unit is anchored under Global Legal Operations and responsible for delivering efficient offshoring legal services in high quality. Examples include end-to-end contract management, trademark portfolio management, promotional materials review, export controls screenings, system/process management, data management, and digitalization. Job Level: 6 The Position As a Legal Counsel, you will be actively involved in: Legal review of promotional and non-promotional materials and act as a Legal advisor to Brands and Devices. Review and advise on strategies and contents (e.g. marketing strategies, market access strategies, medical strategies, label negotiations strategy and tactics, disease awareness strategy). Legal risk assessments in relation to identified risks such as competitor complaints, actions taken by regulatory bodies, etc. Support to Regulatory Affairs on requests/questions relating to products within the product portfolio along with supporting to Medical Affairs Marketing law trainings in client areas. Driving projects that enhance the quality, accessibility and compliance/regulatory requirements. Develop and implement training and communication initiatives, including guidance materials and presentations, on legal and compliance topics. Qualifications Master\'s or bachelor\'s in law. 6 to 9 years in Legal and Compliance. 5 to 8 years of working experience in a global company. Experience in reviewing promotional and non-promotional materials in Pharma Industry. Excellent legal acumen and analytical skills. Strong networking skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Business and service minded. Business ethics integrity Stakeholder management.
