Responsibilities:
Expected Start Date: 04/05/2024
- Drafting, Reviewing, Negotiating and Closing all Acquisition Deals.
- Strategize on drafting and reviewing, before taking final confirmation from Management.
- Working closely with management and Sr. Managers on all assignment deals.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments (cross checking of content delivery/term/territory etc.) as and when needed (on a case-to-case basis) Do proper DD of all acquisition agreements.
- Keep checking all link agreements (along with the ID\xe2\x80\x99s of all artists) to be at par with our acquisition agreements.
- Coordinate with the person handling above tasks for a smooth process of acquisition.
- Internally check with team if we have received the audio/film files as required.
- Shall be in close contact with Management for agreement execution only after DD is completed.
- Payment shall be approved only after thorough DD is done.
- 2-3 Years of relevant Experience
- Qualification : LLB
- Food provided
- Day shift
- Relevant experience of 2 to 3 years in acquisitions ?
- legal experience in which topics give brief.
