to oversee all outsourced contractual, MOU, and legal operations, ensuring compliance and smooth collaboration with external partners.

The
Legal & Contracts Manager
will manage the institute's MOUs, contracts, and outsourced legal processes. This includes drafting, reviewing, maintaining, and ensuring compliance with all agreements, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and supporting internal teams on legal and contractual matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all MOUs, contracts, and legal agreements related to outsourced operations.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with external partners, vendors, and service providers.
Ensure all contractual obligations are met and escalate legal risks or discrepancies.
Maintain organized records of contracts, renewals, and legal documents.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure compliance and smooth operational workflow.
Provide legal guidance and support for outsourced operations as required.
Generate regular reports to management regarding contract status, compliance, and potential legal issues.
Requirements:
Proven experience in contract management, legal operations, or vendor coordination.
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance in India.
Excellent organizational, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and contract/legal documentation software.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
