Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in line with company guidelines and turnaround time.
- Conduct risk and gap analysis, preparing deviation reports or memos for internal stakeholders.
- Conduct legal research on regulations pertinent to the automotive industry.
- Assist in maintaining legal databases for contracts and other documents.
- Help in developing and updating standard templates for business transactions.
- Track legal matters and update relevant departments as necessary.
- Manage disputes, aiming for early resolution and preventing escalations.
- Strategize conflict management to minimize risk and cost.
- Lead and supervise a team of legal officers.
- Continuously manage growing contract complexity to mitigate legal risks effectively.
- Prioritize tasks consistently to align with business needs and objectives.
