About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic professional who can work closely with

legal subject matter experts (SMEs)

to transform their content into polished, visually engaging educational videos. This hybrid role includes

script refinement, storyboarding, AI-assisted content processing, on-camera presenting

, and

LMS quality assurance

.

You will be the bridge between SMEs who create the raw content and the production team that brings it to life. A key expectation is the

efficient use of AI tools

--for editing, summarizing, restructuring content, generating storyboard ideas, and ensuring quality consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills--both written and spoken. Strong editing and proofreading abilities; ability to simplify legal content. Comfort and confidence presenting on camera. Understanding of instructional design basics and visual storytelling. Ability to use

AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.)

to streamline workflows. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work on multiple modules simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Law background (LLB) or strong exposure to legal content. Experience in content development, editing, teaching, or legal writing. On-camera or performance experience--anchoring, theatre, YouTube, or training videos. Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning production workflows. Creativity in designing visuals and learning experiences.

Work Environment

Fully equipped in-house studio in Greater Noida with teleprompter, lighting, and green-screen setup. Collaborative team environment with SMEs, scriptwriters, editors, designers, and project managers. Significant opportunity to innovate using AI-assisted production techniques.
