Draft, review, and negotiate a range of legal documents--including Statements of Work, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Master Service Agreements--ensuring all documents are robust, enforceable, and aligned with our strategic goals. Provide proactive legal counsel on program and contractual matters, helping us identify and mitigate risks before they become hurdles. Offer comprehensive support in arbitration, litigation, and mediation processes to advocate for the company's interests effectively in all legal settings. Conduct in-depth legal research and deliver practical, cost-effective advice tailored to our business context. Confidently represent the company in court and during arbitration or mediation proceedings, demonstrating professionalism and fervor in advocacy. Lead detailed investigations to gather essential evidence for business transactions and disputes, facilitating informed decision-making. Prepare and manage all necessary filings, legal notices, and court documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Handle tasks independently, taking initiative and demonstrating precision in all assignments.. * Respond swiftly and effectively to legal notices, safeguarding our reputation.
