. The candidate will be responsible for drafting, vetting, and reviewing legal documents related to property transactions and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and vetting
Sale Deeds, Sale Agreements, MOUs, Lease Deeds, Gift Deeds, and other property-related documents
.
Conducting
title verification and due diligence
of land and property documents.
Ensuring compliance with
Telangana land laws
, RERA regulations, and local statutory requirements.
Coordinating with
sub-registrar offices, revenue authorities, advocates, and liaison teams
for registrations and legal clearances.
Handling legal opinions for property acquisition, development, and sale.
Assisting in resolving
legal issues, disputes, and notices
related to land and property.
Maintaining proper documentation and legal records for all transactions.
Supporting internal teams with legal guidance on real estate matters.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
Telangana land laws
, including revenue records, zoning, and registration processes.
Expertise in
property documentation and registrations
.
Good understanding of
real estate transactions and compliance
.
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and government offices.
Qualifications
LLB
from a recognized university.
2-5 years of relevant experience
in real estate legal work.
Experience working with
real estate developers, law firms, or property consultants
preferred.
