Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing & vetting agreements (JDAs, MoUs, deeds, contracts, notices, affidavits, petitions).
Handling litigation: NI Act complaints, pleadings, coordination with counsels, court appearances.
Maintaining MIS for all litigations and providing regular updates/reports to management.
Conducting legal due diligence on land/project documents for clear title & compliance.
Attending documentation meetings with banks & FIs for loan sanctions/closures.
Advising business & finance teams on negotiations and risk mitigation.
Requirements:
LLB/LLM with 3-6 years' experience (real estate/corporate law preferred).
Strong drafting, negotiation & litigation skills.
Knowledge of property, contract & compliance laws.
Excellent communication & ability to work cross-functionally.
