A sneak peek into the role:

We're looking for a lawyer whose primary focus and expertise is in

commercial technology contracts.

You'll work on

drafting, redlining, and finalizing contracts

with clear guidance from senior counsel, with the expectation that you'll operate independently over time.

Here's what you will get to explore:

Core contracting: Draft and review technology/commercial agreements (NDAs, SaaS subscriptions, MSAs/SOWs, software licenses, partner/reseller, and vendor/procurement contracts); assist in negotiations and escalate nonstandard terms. Contract negotiation support: Prepare contract markups, issues lists, and concise negotiation summaries; join and, where appropriate, lead external customer/vendor contract calls with clear positions; capture decisions, action items, and next steps. Contract management tools: Manage contracts in a contract management system from request to signature: log requests, route approvals, track versions, capture key terms, track obligations, and maintain reports. Research & writing: Targeted research on legal and contract questions and crisp guidance notes for business teams. Business partnering: Provide practical, timely support to Sales, Procurement, Product, and Finance; coordinate with external counsel as needed. Other: Pitch in on special projects and general legal tasks as required.

Education & experience: LL.B. (or equivalent). 2-4 years focused on commercial/technology contracts inhouse or at a techsavvy firm. Drafting & redlining: Strong grasp of endtoend drafting and review; translate business positions into precise contract language. Contract management systems: Handson with at least one contract management tool; comfortable managing workflows, metadata, and dashboards. AI & technology skills: Comfortable using AI tools for legal work (e.g., drafting summaries, clause suggestions) and verifying outputs; proficient with Track Changes, spreadsheets, and common productivity tools. Tech/IP basics: Comfortable with SaaS terms, IP ownership/licensing, confidentiality, warranties, indemnities, and liability caps. U.S. contract exposure is a plus, not a must. Communication & collaboration: Clear writing, stakeholder management, and timely escalation; experience handling external negotiation calls with customers and vendors. Work style: Extremely organized, curious, and reliable; delivers on timelines with appropriate guidance. Global support & hours: Supports Seclore's global operations; willingness to work occasional US and Middle East hours when needed.
