Key Responsibilities: 1) Research and Analysis: \xc2\xb7 Conduct legal research to support ongoing arbitration and mediation cases. \xc2\xb7 Prepare legal documents, briefs, and memos summarizing research findings. 2) Case Management: \xc2\xb7 Assist senior attorneys in the management of arbitration and mediation cases. \xc2\xb7 Maintain organized case files, documents, and correspondence. \xc2\xb7 Draft and review legal agreements and contracts related to arbitration and mediation. 3) Legal Compliance: \xc2\xb7 Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations. \xc2\xb7 Assist in ensuring that all arbitration and mediation activities comply with legal requirements. 4) Collaborative Work: \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with other members of the legal team on various projects and tasks. \xc2\xb7 Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions on legal strategies. 5) Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Law from a recognized university or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Possess a strong understanding of arbitration and mediation processes. \xc2\xb7 Strong research and analytical skills. \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. \xc2\xb7 Basic knowledge of legal software and tools is a plus. \xc2\xb7 A commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards in the practice of law. \xc2\xb7 Having a valid License from the Bar Council of India 6) Personal Attributes: \xc2\xb7 Integrity and professionalism. \xc2\xb7 Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. \xc2\xb7 Adaptability and a positive attitude. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Time management and organizational skills.
