for Legal Consultant Responsibility; Hiring Advocate for LEGAL NOTICE DRAFTING, LEGAL ADVICE, RTI FILING (FIRST APPEAL AND SECOND
APPEAL), LEGAL DRAFTING REGARDING CONSUMER COMPLAINT, CYBER CRIME FILING, CASE
ANALYSIS, HAVING GOOD KNOWLEDGE REGARDING THE CONSUMER COURT PROCESS, CONTRACT
VETTING, PARTNERSHIP DEED, RENTAL AGREEMENT, EXPERTISE REGARDING DIVORCE. Requirements (Expected Proficiency) :
- Basic Knowledge in drafting
- Excellent English communication.
- Candidates must have completed an undergraduate degree of law (LL.B, B.A. LL.B etc.)
- The university or the college where they have graduated must be recognized.
- Those who have post graduate degrees with specialization in Corporate Law are also eligible.
- Apart from possessing the necessary education qualification, the students must also have done internships in proper law firms, fresher can also apply.
- The candidates must have enrolled their name under any Bar council and have license so that they can sign as an advocate in any legal document.
