Responsibilities

:

Document Management:



Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence. Organizing and maintaining case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Managing and updating legal databases and software. Analyzing and summarizing legal documents. Appearing in District Courts

Administrative Support:



Scheduling appointments and court dates. Assisting with client communication and management. Managing administrative tasks, such as billing, record-keeping, and filing.

Construction-Specific Tasks:



Assisting with the preparation of construction contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to construction. Supporting the legal team in managing disputes and litigation related to construction projects.
