Job Summary:
We are looking for a persuasive, empathetic, and knowledgeable
Legal Consultant
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a legal background and experience in client-facing roles. The primary responsibility is to take inbound calls from prospective clients, assess their immigration needs, and convert inquiries into active cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from potential clients seeking immigration assistance (e.g., green cards, work visas, spousal petitions).
Conduct initial eligibility assessment

and communicate the value of our legal services clearly and confidently.
Build trust and rapport with clients, answering their legal questions with empathy and accuracy.
Convert qualified leads into paying clients by explaining service packages, timelines, and legal support processes.
Coordinate with legal operations and case managers to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, notes, and follow-ups using CRM and case management tools.
Stay updated on U.S. immigration policies to provide current, relevant guidance.
Work with marketing and sales teams to share insights from calls and improve conversion strategies.
Qualifications:
Law degree (J.D. or LLB) or equivalent; bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction is a plus but not mandatory.
2-3+ years of experience in immigration law or consulting, especially in a client-facing or sales role.
Strong communication and consultative sales skills - ability to simplify legal concepts and build client trust.
Familiarity with USCIS processes and common forms (I-130, I-485, I-765, etc.).
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and legal case management tools.
